How does HEIMLANDR do this differently?
Short answer: we scope to what works, ship to production, run it on EU infrastructure we operate ourselves, and tell you when the answer is to buy a tool or wait. This page is that promise made in public.
Sovereign by default, no middlemen, production-first, and honest about where a project should not happen.
We scope to what works, ship to production, run it on EU iron we operate, and tell you when the answer is "don't build."

// the deep dive
We start with a scoping pass: what data, what jurisdiction, what actually needs to be true for this to pay off. We build the narrow, integrated version that ships, run it on infrastructure we operate on EU soil, and own the loop with you. And when the honest answer is that you should buy a tool or wait six months, we say that. That is the whole point of this page.
// chapter faq
Why would you tell clients not to build?
Because a failed build costs us more than a declined one. A project that dies in month six burns the client's budget and our name; a "buy this tool instead" costs one invoice and earns the next call. The incentives only work if we say no.
Where do HEIMLANDR systems actually run?
On infrastructure we operate ourselves on EU soil, in Sweden and the EU, with no US company in the data path. EU jurisdiction end to end is the point: no CLOUD Act exposure, GDPR by design.
What does a first engagement look like?
A scoping pass: what data, what jurisdiction, what has to be true for this to pay off, and which single metric it must move. The verdict can be build, buy or wait, and you get it before anyone quotes a build.
